Welcome!

Our light, quiet space is a few paces from the harbour side, our private wharf, and an adjoining park. It is a lovely place to come to work, to take a break during the day, and when it's time to leave, the sunset across the harbour silhouetting the small yachts is magical.

Unlike co-working spaces, where they cram in as many people as they can to turn a profit, where they would have 14 people, we are offering just six seats, eight if it's all for one team.

It's much better than working from home or crammed into a noisy co-working space.

When my clients come to visit, they are always amazed at the location, and sometimes just hang out nearby before they head back. We’re constantly making stuff here (but it’s not noisy), so if you enjoy the creative end of cutting-edge digital technology, then you might be inspired.

A five minute walk takes you to a bus that goes to QVB. Walk a few minutes further and you can catch a ferry that will get you to Barangaroo in about five minutes, or you can go on to Luna Park or Circular Quay. There's free street parking in the neighbourhood, or I have one carpark I can rent you at an additional charge.

We've got ADSL internet with a second line going in soon and NBN due in a few months.

The price includes everything you'd reasonably expect - desk, chair, drawers, internet, cleaning, tea, coffee, milk, etc.

It also includes some use of the following pretty cool stuff:
- A six metre green screen
- Various lights and tripods
- A small 3D printer
- A workbench with basic electronics tools
- All manner of Virtual Reality (VR) gear including HTC Vives and wireless gear, powerful computers to run it all, enough space for room scale adventures and a bottomless pit of VR games.
