Lash Rental Room Available:
Lash Krush is located in the very up and coming East Austin at 2823 E. MLK Jr. Blvd, Austin TX 78702. We are located at the beautiful Platform Apartments on the lower retail space level (right by Houndstooth Coffee!). We are looking for Lash Rental Artists who are hard workers, clean, work well with others, and have a positive attitude! Please know this is a shared rental space with 1 other Lash Artist (with staggered times - you will be in the room alone while you are working). We understand everyone has their scheduling preferences, and we will do our best to work that out with you before you start.
You only pay us rent and you keep all your earnings! But on top of that we want to support your lash career in whatever we can. We always have new inquiring lash clients, another benefit to rent here as opposed to a general salon booth. At the owner's and your discretion, gaining new clients from our shop is an optional perk. We love to see our lash community grow and thrive - we have ~5k followers on Instagram which has been completely organic (we have never spent a dime on advertising!) because our owner Kristin is always engaged and always willing to share and listen. We want to empower Lash Artists to be their own boss and grow their career as they see fit. We want to build a little community of our own here at the shop as well - it can be a lonely lashing alone! Giving each other tips, asking for advice, or simply just being there to talk about lash issues or being your own boss or whatever it is - we hope to have about 5-6 lash artists total in our shop (we have 3 rooms FYI) who appreciate each other and appreciate the community we are trying to grow.
$800/month, 1 year lease w/$400 security deposit
- Furnished room: Recliner, storage, Glamcor light, etc.
- Shared room with 1 other lash artist (with staggered times - you will be in the room alone while you are working)
- Time is split between 1 other lash artist (we can work to find a compromising solution but most likely it can be 3-4 days of week each or 7 days a week 1/2 days or a mix of both). Rest assured, we believe you can have a full schedule while sharing a booth. In fact, we want you to be working as much as possible. The issue we run into sometimes is we just have too many clients, so we hope to have more lashers in the shop to accommodate that. Just as an example, sometimes our owner lashes only from about 9am-2pm Mon-Thur. So all the rest of the time (afternoons, evenings, and the whole weekend), the booth is available for someone else to lash out of.
