There are two large open spaces and one of them isn't utilized as much as it could be. It could easily be set up as an additional office space. There's a big conference room with a long table and chairs for private meetings that can be used Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Since we are a small business with employees that work mostly from home, it's a very quiet working environment to be in.
It has a lovely seating area by the window that would work for bringing over prospective clients to one's business.
