We are a midwifery practice and are interested in subletting to anyone whose profession aligns with the childbirth sphere (massage therapists who can work with pregnant people, talk therapists who have an understanding of the perinatal year, lactation consultants, doulas, childbirth educators, acupuncturists, etc.)
$500 for a 100-square-foot private office in our suite. Rent includes 24/7 access, free parking, all utilities (including internet), shared waiting area, private restroom, shared use of the mini fridge/microwave, filtered water, and tea. Potential option for additional storage and/or access to the reception area. We hope to create a supportive professional community with shared goals of supporting pregnant and postpartum families in the community. Sublease terms are flexible.
