What makes this location unique is that beyond the spa suites, you will experience a boutique, health and wellness environment. Furthermore, this location will be a venue to host parties/ events. Our back yard is beautifully, embellished with greenery and perfect for events.
Lease includes: Tenants need to be in profession of massage, lash tech or esthetician.
Wi-Fi, utilities and personal access 24 hrs to the building. Rooms are un- furnished, all rooms have a closet for additional storage. We a have multi- purpose room, kitchen, bathrooms, common area needs provided (Toilet paper, hand towels in bathroom, soap, dish soap, detergent, etc.) and laundry facility. Bi-weekly maid service (common area) and security system. Plenty of parking lot for clients, break room with refrigerator and microwave included as well. Need some where for clients to wait as you wrap up with a client? We will have a well finished lobby appointed for clients to wait and shop our boutique.
We are in the prime location of downtown Round Rock. We are located across the street from Round Rock’s new and chic hotel; The Ruby Hotel.
Lease term options 12-36 months, deposit (one month’s rent) and $150 off your first month rent so you can move in with ease. Available move in date mid-July/ TBA we are completing final touches to our facility.
Room 1: Lash/ microblading/massage/esthetician room ($950 per month) restroom located in common area common area.
Room 2: Lash/ microblading/massage/esthetician room ($900 per month)
restroom located in common area common area.
Room 3: massage/esthetician room ($1100 per month) private restroom with shower, perfect room if you provide body wraps and you have direct access to the backyard oasis.
