Venture Yours provides Vacation Rental Property Management as well as invests in Real Estate. We're a small property management working in a suite with a view of Downtown. The building as a whole has a fun, communal environment full of energetic men and women working on all different kinds of things. But not to worry, there's also plenty of space for quiet productivity.
We are looking to sub-lease to an office mate Monday, Wed, & Fridays (office hours are from 9am-5pm) on a month to month lease. We understand as a small business you may grow out of our office and so we're not doing a long term contract.

- Gourmet Coffee provided
- Parking available for $120/mth in building or $60/mth at the Pike Building (a short walk to building)
