A newly renovated converted warehouse co-working space in the heart of Fitzroy. We are a creative consultancy looking to share our beautiful office space with another business (or two!).

The space is open plan, heating/cooling, 24/7 access if required, one large boardroom and a smaller meeting room as well as a kitchen, dining table and bathroom.

Price includes: desk + chair, internet, cleaning services twice a week, security monitoring, storage, electricity and water.
Price excludes: stationery, printing and tea/coffee etc. Printing is available at cost price.

There is an option to add more than 8 desks if needed, please contact us for more information and to inspect the space.

We are looking for people to fill the space for a minimum of 3-6 months.
