Looking for individuals that are interested in working out of a beautiful space on Abbot Kinney. Shared resources, constant flow of people and new clients through the attached gallery’s programming and events. Boutique style Co-op, with salon business model (ie. chair rental). Looking for established professionals that are wanting to have a presence on Abbot Kinney, and the benefits of a beautiful space, a creative team of support around them, without paying the high rent. All will have access to the gallery space for their own events and showcases, each month.

There are 6 spaces available. Each member will have their own designated space and table. Small teams are welcome as well. We would like to fill a few of the spaces with other creatives (architects, designers, filmmakers etc.) but are also open to those in other industries, including tech and hospitality.

The company that runs the space will have constant initiatives that drive traffic, and growth for the members of the co-op.
