Short distance from Old Street Station (Northern line), and Shoreditch High Street station (Overground).

- Fridge and microwave oven in kitchenette area
You will be sharing with a Graphic Designer and a Photographer.
£300 per month, *inclusive* of VAT, & also inclusive of electricity and internet.
24 hour access.
Rent paid on first day of the month + two week deposit.
One month notice period from either side.
