This is a sweet monthly renewable office - no lease involved. 24/7 access, screaming fast Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, secure bin for shredding confidential documents, optional private mailbox, and manned reception desk M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm are included in the monthly price. There is a one time set-up fee of $79. For 2 occupants the monthly price for a private office is $695 plus 2 set-up fees.
