Runway currently houses over 80 startups creating a combined evaluation of 600 million dollars. With an average of 2.8 million in funding per startup.
By renting a desk at Runway you become a member of its community and massive network. You and your company will have access to help and resources in many areas of business including investors, business development, marketing/sales assistance, mentors, networking, hiring, and more.
Startups applying must be established, with a product or service already built.
We do not take equity or invest in our own members.
But Runway's network, partnerships, and events are all created with the intent of getting you the funding and services you need to thrive!

"The challenge for this design was to create a space for Runway, an invitation-only startup incubator, which would stand out among the multitude of San Francisco tech companies. Located in the Twitter building, the 30,000SF space defines the cutting-edge incubator as a community and not just a work space. Individual users and startup companies can rent a desk at a time or 400SF bays of space across the office landscape. High-density desking contrasts with a variety of open, communal areas to provide more space for collaboration, brainstorming, and events."
We also have a zen area for sleeping and meditation, massive event space for any of our members to utilize. Want to have a launch party for your startup? Look no further.
State of the art igloo (yes you are reading that correctly) meeting room, is just one highlight of our exciting and different types of conference rooms. All free for you to use at any time. As a member you have access to our entire space 24/7!
