Superbly located right behind Union Market, our non-profit organization has extra office space to host a small non-profit or freelancer. We are close to major bus lines and a fifteen-minute walk to the metro in the trendsetting NOMA neighborhood of Washington, DC. We have approximately 240- 1,000 square feet available. The price is $40/ square foot annually (based on the part of the office occupied by freelancer) for the year. Our open-plan office space has a highly modern and creative atmosphere with concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and glass dividing walls. As a part of the mission of our work, we have an AmeriCorps training for 40 team members one day each month (usually on a friday) that is held in the office.
