Rustic, Waterview private Studio in a prestigious island neighborhood with its own garage with a refrigerator, love-seat & coffee table for smoking or relaxing. Inside there is a wood stove which keeps it very cozy warm and an electric heater if you don’t want to bother with a fire. There are 2 hotplates, small toaster oven & Keurig w/ pods, and normal coffee maker with coffee, 50'' TV with Chromecast and streaming services, a large table with 8 chairs, Loveseat, HDMI cable for computer, small bathroom with a small shower. There is free WiFi and you can buy snacks, beverages, a few sundries. We also have bikes and kayaks you can rent in your off time. There is a level 2 charger for most electric cars and a washer and dryer you can use for $5/load. Besides the studio and garage, there are 4 fire pits and 2 gas BBQs.
We also have 2 rooms in the house if you don't mind sharing a bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. The "yellow room" has a private entrance, queen-size bed, Keurig with free k-pods, mini-fridge and a TV with Chromecast and streaming services. The purple room has a queen-size bed, mini-fridge, TV with Chromecast and streaming services and water view.
