The room presents as clean, comfortable and quiet with lots of natural light and fresh air. It is located within the exquisite Block Arcade on Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD. The space feels private and contained with one 2-seater couch and two cozy fabric armchairs and live plants. There is a large desk that can be electronically raised to become a standing desk. Two sweeping white curtains frame a large frosted window.
Amenities include a kitchen with access to a microwave and fridge. Toilets are down the hall.
Rates is $125.00 for a full-day, any duration between 8.00am - 8.00pm. *GST included
Access times are negotiable. Best suits someone looking for a space 1 or 2 days per week.
*There is no internet as part of the office hire. I have a generous mobile data plan and hotspot my internet requirements. There is a printer in the office you can use to your hearts content.
