It's a lovely quiet room, 5.4 x 5.4 meters square with a high ceiling and big south facing windows.

You will be sharing with me (TV director & writer) although I am not actually there that much at the moment as I have a full time job. I will only be using it in the evenings and weekends.

The room would suit desk based creatives best - photographers, writers, media workers etc.

Rent is £250 pcm excluding electricity and wifi.
