The STUDIOS@LOOM
LOOM, in historic downtown Fort Mill, has multiple spaces that are available for rental for all uses, whether you need a space daily, weekly, monthly or just once. The Studios@LOOM (118 Academy) is available for rental 7 days a week to private groups as well as for educational and business functions. Our changing exhibits of original, regional art will make a stunning backdrop for your meeting, class or event.
The Studios@LOOM contains three main spaces. These are available any day/evening based on availability.
The Studio is a 730 SF multipurpose environment, fully outfitted dance/exercise studio which also serves as a flexible corporate meeting space.
The Workshop is a 400 SF (plus adjacent galley) flexible, bright, open and casual space.
The Training Room is a 275 SF acoustically and visibly private, flexible space.
Multiple private meeting rooms with professional furnishings (including fully equipped podcast studio).
