Hello all, I'm subleasing my office in Tukwila for Mondays and Tuesdays. It is the main office in a suite with 2 other offices. All the offices are occupied by providers in the mental health field.
The suite offers a good size waiting area, kitchenette (sink, microwave, fridge), tea/water station, wifi, and a printer/copier. The office has ample of natural light and a beautiful view of the trees and a trail that runs along the building. It is fully furnished and cozy. It's close to I-5 and I-405. There is plenty of on-site parking space available and the building itself is pretty secured.
