Coworking Space – 700 square meters of space that includes a variety of private offices, dedicated desk areas, and open plan hot desks.
Common Areas – 460 square meters of common space; includes 4 meeting rooms (2 equipped with video conferencing abilities), a fully stocked kitchen complete with tea, coffee, and snacks that can be enjoyed while sitting at our center island tables.
Makerspace – 260 square meters of makerspace room that includes 3D printers, laser cutters, desktop
CNC routers, etc. Can be used as a space for DIY courses or as a research and development room.
Event Space – 200 square meters of multifunction space, this room is suitable for all kinds of events including, but not limited, to press events, product launches, performances, and meetups. The space comes professional AV equipment, adjustable lighting, chairs, and tables.
Hardware Massive Event – Every month at FutureWard Central we host a startup speaker event and
invite successful startup individuals from all of the world to share about their experiences and knowledge.
