Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Oregon City, the McCauld Building sit near the banks of the Willamette river, just minutes upstream from Downtown Portland. The freshly renovated building, which originally housed City Hall in the 1920’s, is situated on Main St. in the middle of the downtown core. There are multiple coffee houses, upscale tap rooms, and over a dozen award-winning restaurants a stone’s throw from the office lobby.
When you need a break from brain work, you can stroll down main street for a latte, walk the promenade for a view of Willamette Falls, soak up the sites and sounds from the world famous municipal elevator, or take a siesta in one of our jail cells, once housing some of the areas most onery citizens.
Our 5000 square foot studios house two kitchens, four restrooms, a conference room, private offices, and private desk spaces as well as open work stations. For the marketing and digital production minded, we can make available three digital editing suites, an audio recording suite, and four graphic design and animation stations, packed with the latest hardware and imaging software. There is also a 400 square foot insert studio with ceiling power and available studio lighting for still imagery and video.
