We are located in the Cooper Design Building in the heart of the Fashion District in DTLA. Currently, we have desk space available (chair and desk included) inside our space. Perfect for small fashion brands at $500 a month,(we can include a rack for $750). Our office includes a restroom, wifi, water and a small breakroom including a microwave, fridge, Nespresso, utensils and dishes. The Cooper Design Building is centrally located, making lunches or coffee breaks quick and easy.
We ask that you remain tidy and clean inside the office while contributing to general office upkeep such as dishes. Pets may be allowed but must be screened initially and be house-broken/potty-trained with minimal barking.
