This space offers floor to ceiling vintage shuttered windows, a newly built 4-way cubicle-like partition (Covid conscious), beautiful hardwood floors, and brand new, modern desks and desk chairs. This space offers enough floor space, and wall space to add in additional seating, and office space toppings like bulletin boards, calendars, dry erase boards, etc.
For my freelancers, photographers, graphic designers, and solo professionals, we have an additional room available that comes with 2 open desks, both brand new 8ft desks and desk chairs, if you are in need of renting desk space.
Your new office space, comes with small lot parking, street parking, office supply storage, a full bathroom (stand-up shower), and a kitchenette.
