We have a sunny, spacious loft located in the heart of Chelsea with shared and/or dedicated desk space available. Our quiet, collaborative office is perfect for creative and tech companies alike. Centrally located, we are steps away from the post office, banks, Fairway Market, SweetGreen and Stumptown Coffee.
We supply the space, furniture, wifi and weekly cleaning. Tenants will have access to our kitchen and conference rooms that seat 8-12 individuals, equipped with whiteboards and video conferencing capabilities. We prefer a small company or team, approximately 3-8 people, but are open for individual use if it’s a good fit. A discount will be offered to rentals of 4+ desks.
