3-4 Person Meeting Rooms in Ashgrove
Our meeting spaces – meeting rooms and boardroom – can be used on a completely casual basis, as and when you need them. They are available not only during business hours but can also be hired for early morning sessions, evenings and weekends.
We have two Meeting Rooms available which are set up as a casual-use offices / meeting rooms. They each contain a desk and a meeting table. Power and WiFi are included with the room hire, and a whiteboard is provided in each of the rooms.
Our friendly Reception staff are at your disposal if you require any assistance prior to, during or after your meeting – whether this be Secretarial Services such as printing or copying, ordering a taxi, or simply just to welcome you and your guests as they arrive for the meeting.
Free undercover parking is available in the basement for up to two hours. In the event that your meeting requires parking for more than two hours, we can usually arrange longer duration on-site free parking.

Meeting Room rates:
- $20 plus GST per hour
- $70 plus GST per Half Day (4 hour period)
- $120 plus GST per Full Day
