10 Person Boardroom with natural light in Ashgrove

Our boardroom contains a large boardroom table that comfortably seats 10+ people, along with a small circular table suitable for a less formal face-to-face or a breakout session. The room has a light and open feel and is enhanced by a glass wall providing natural lighting from the building atrium.
Phone and broadband internet connectivity are readily available, and a polycom conference phone is also on hand for conference calls. The room is equipped with a whiteboard and markers, and a data projector can be hired if required.
Our meeting spaces – boardroom and meeting rooms – can be used on a completely casual basis, as and when you need them. The rooms are available not only during business hours but can also be used for early morning sessions, evenings and weekends.
Our friendly Reception staff are at your disposal if you require any assistance prior to, during or after your meeting – whether this be Secretarial Services such as printing or copying, ordering a taxi, or simply just to welcome you and your guests as they arrive for the meeting.
Free undercover parking is available in the basement for up to two hours for visitors using the boardroom or meeting room. In the event that your meeting requires parking for more than two hours, we can usually arrange longer duration on-site free parking.

Boardroom rates:
- $30 plus GST per hour
- $100 plus GST per Half Day (4 hour period)
- $170 plus GST per Full Day
