Fully furnished office space has 6 workstations for rent, complete with office chairs and file cabinets. The workstations provide ample space for social distancing.

Our turnkey office receives excellent natural light, has wood floors, and a high, open ceiling. There is shared access to a conference room, kitchen / lounge, and a Room booth, for private calls.


$500 monthly for each individual work station. ( 3 months minimum)


All-inclusive (Electricity, Water, Maintenance, Wifi, non-exclusive free use of the conference room, Room booth, Spring water, coffee & tea, mail / package receiving, and 24/7 keyed access)

We can deliver the offices furnished or unfurnished at the client's request.
