The space includes a private coffee shop on the ground floor, a large roof terrace (where they're planning to show films, have parties, etc), access to bike storage (and showers on our floor), We will also have our own meeting space with 2 meeting rooms plus a call booth and there is more meeting space available throughout the building.
We're renting the floor for £18K including the 3 meeting rooms which across the 30 desks is £600 (+VAT) each. However, in the interests of finding a like-minded company we will discount the desks to £395 (+VAT) each. If you outgrow the space, there's also scope to move elsewhere in the building and we'll help secure you a good rate (plus we only need 20 desks initially so will have 4 spare for a bit).
