or individuals to share our very special work environment.
This is a description of what we are offering:
• There are currently three desk spaces available in a stunning 19th c. NYC. Landmarked building located in the heart of the Flatiron district.
• Open corner loft, fully designed and built out.
• 14' ceilings and oversized windows look directly over Madison Square Park.
• Shared conference area.
• High speed wireless internet connection.
• Kitchenette + Dishwasher
• Centrally located at 23rd and Fifth Ave, directly adjacent to major subway lines.
What we are looking for includes the following:
• Groups that work best in a lively, professional and generally quiet environment.
• Monthly costs are $1100 per desk.
• Short term available through September 2017 and/or two (2) year sublease (negotiable and flexible).
• One (1) month security deposit and commercial insurance required.
